We proudly deliver to every province across South Africa, including:
- Gauteng (Johannesburg, Pretoria, etc.)
- Western Cape (Cape Town, Stellenbosch, etc.)
- KwaZulu-Natal (Durban, Pietermaritzburg, etc.)
- Eastern Cape, Free State, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Northern Cape, and North        West.

Even in rural or outlying areas, we guarantee our commitment to reaching every customer nationwide, though delivery may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Costs

Our shipping rates are competitive and tailored to your location and order size:
Standard Delivery: R150 for orders under R500.
Free Delivery: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders over R500.

Shipping costs will be clearly calculated during the checkout process based on your delivery address.

3. Delivery Timeframes

We are dedicated to delivering your order promptly, with the following estimated delivery times:
- Major Cities: 2–5 business days.
- Outlying/Rural Areas: 5–7 business days.

Please be aware that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to unexpected circumstances, such as adverse weather or public holidays.

Your order will be processed efficiently within 1–2 business days after placement. You’ll receive a confirmation email detailing your order, followed by a tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped.

Currently, we deliver exclusively within South Africa. If you’re interested in international arrangements, please reach out to us to discuss your options.

8. Missed Deliveries

If you're not available to receive your order at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt to redeliver or reach out to you for rescheduling. Ensure your contact details are accurate during checkout to prevent any delays.

9. Shipping Restrictions

While we strive to deliver to as many locations as possible, some remote areas may have limited courier access. If your location poses any challenges, we’ll promptly inform you and discuss alternative delivery solutions.

10. Lost or Damaged Packages

We take extensive precautions to ensure your package arrives in excellent condition. However, if your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support.info@woofworks.co.za. Include your order number and any relevant photos of the damage, and we will resolve the issue swiftly, offering a replacement or refund.
